RVN Wanted - Part-Time

The Donkey Sanctuary Ireland is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 23 hours per week. We are looking for someone Wednesday-Friday with a working day of 8.30am-5pm, 4pm finish on a Friday. There will be one night on call per week, and you will be required to work one weekend in five on a shared weekend rota. Equine experience is preferable, but we will happily consider nurses from small animal backgrounds with transferable skills. If you enjoy schedule three procedures, in-patient nursing and a wide and varied case load then please apply to join our team of three vets and five nurses. We are supported by a team of grooms, lab staff, a practice manager and a full-time equine behaviourist. As well as the general day to day nursing, there is scope for behaviour work and providing educational activities to a varied audience from veterinary professionals to potential guardian homes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about both high-quality veterinary nursing and animal welfare in a charity setting. New graduates are welcome.
