Dispensary Veterinary Nurse, UCD School of Veterinary Medicine (temporary)
Applications are invited for a Dispensary Veterinary Nurse within UCD School of Veterinary Medicine. This is a temporary 5 year post.

The post holder will manage the hospital dispensary and provide a high standard of organisation to this unit.

Salary Scale: €27,000 - €37,000 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines

Full time RVN, RVT, RAHT positions

Position:  One or two full time RVN, RVT, RAHT positions
 
Details:  Have you considered working overseas? Think western Canada!   We are a four veterinarian, four veterinary nurse, mixed animal practice located in the eastern part of Saskatchewan consisting of 50% small animal with the balance consisting of all types of farm animals including horses, cattle and Bison. 
 
Our facility is well equipped including in-house lab (Idexx), digital radiography, dental digital radiography, endoscopy, etc. Our mission is to provide outstanding veterinary care.  Veterinary nurses get opportunity to apply all aspects of their education.  Some duties include admitting and discharging patients, anesthesiology, performing dental prophylaxis, lab work, radiology, and assisting where needed including farm calls.
 
Tisdale (  townoftisdale.com ) is a community of approximately 3500 people with a very friendly small town atmosphere.  Tisdale has many amenities and recreational facilities with a reasonable cost of living.  We are centrally located amongst many parks and lakes providing exciting recreational opportunities to the outdoor enthusiast. The region boasts some of the best fishing in Saskatchewan.
